A washing machine that won't turn on at all can be one of the more alarming faults to experience, since the cause could range from something as simple as a tripped circuit to a more serious internal electrical fault. Power failure troubleshooting follows a careful, safety-first process to identify the actual cause without risking further
Excessive vibration during a wash or spin cycle — enough to make the machine visibly shake, "walk" across the floor, or bang against nearby surfaces — is more than just an annoyance. It often signals an underlying mechanical issue that, left unaddressed, can damage the machine's internal components or even create a safety hazard. Vibration
The control board is essentially the brain of a modern washing machine, managing everything from cycle timing to water temperature and spin speed. When a machine behaves erratically — skipping steps, failing to respond to button presses, or displaying inconsistent error codes — a control board diagnosis is often needed to determine whether this critical
Before a new washing machine is installed, a pre-installation inspection helps confirm that the intended location, plumbing, and electrical setup can properly support the machine — avoiding costly surprises after delivery. This step is often overlooked but can prevent installation delays, damage to the new machine, or the need for follow-up plumbing or electrical work.
Buying the right washing machine starts with knowing whether it will actually fit — and function properly — in the space you have available. A site measurement and space check ensures the machine you choose, or the one you already own, fits its intended location with enough clearance for doors, hoses, ventilation, and future maintenance
Connecting a washing machine to a reliable water supply is one of the most fundamental steps of installation, and getting it wrong can lead to leaks, poor water pressure, or damage to the machine's inlet valves. A proper water supply connection service ensures the machine receives consistent, correctly pressured water from a secure, leak-free connection.
A washing machine's drain hose connection is responsible for safely carrying wastewater away from the machine during every cycle. An improperly connected or positioned drain hose can cause water to back up into the machine, leak onto the floor, or create unpleasant odours from trapped standing water — making correct installation an important part of
A washing machine's electrical connection needs to safely supply consistent power to a high-draw appliance that also comes into regular contact with water — making correct, code-compliant installation essential for both performance and safety. A professional electrical connection service ensures your machine is properly wired, grounded, and protected against common electrical hazards. What an Electrical
A washing machine that isn't properly levelled will vibrate excessively, drain and spin inefficiently, and wear out its internal components far faster than one installed correctly. Levelling and stabilization is a simple but often overlooked step of installation that has a lasting effect on how well a machine performs over its lifetime. What Leveling and
A complete washing machine hookup installation brings together every element of setup — water supply, drainage, electrical connection, levelling, transit bolt removal, leak testing, and a final performance check — into a single, professionally managed service. For most households and businesses in Nairobi, booking a full hookup installation is the most reliable way to ensure
A washing machine is only as useful as the household or staff member's understanding of how to operate it correctly. A user setup demonstration walks you through your specific machine's controls, cycle options, and maintenance basics, helping you avoid common mistakes and get the most out of your new appliance from day one. What a
Every new washing machine ships with transit bolts — rigid bolts or brackets that hold the drum securely in place during transport to prevent damage from movement. These bolts must be removed before the machine's first use, and forgetting this step is one of the most common and most damaging installation mistakes. What Transit Bolt
