Common Roper Washing Machine Error Codes

F8 E1 – No Water / Long Fill. The machine is filling too slowly or not at all. Solution: Check the hoses and inlet valves for blockages or kinks.

F8 E3 – Overflow Condition. The water level is too high, usually from a valve that won't shut off. Solution: Professional inspection of the water inlet valve is recommended.

F8 E5 – Hot/Cold Hoses Swapped. The inlet hoses are connected to the wrong ports. Solution: Turn off the water and correct the hose connections.
