- Inlet Filters: Locate the inlet filters (usually at the connection points of the inlet hoses) and check for clogs or debris. Clean the filters if necessary.
- Test Inlet Valve Solenoids: Use a multimeter to test the inlet valve solenoids for continuity and resistance. The solenoids should show continuity when activated and the correct resistance as specified in the machine’s manual.
- Voltage Check: Verify that the inlet valve solenoids are receiving voltage from the control board during the fill cycle. Use a multimeter to test for voltage at the solenoid terminals.
- Water Pressure: Ensure that the water pressure from the taps is adequate. Low water pressure can prevent the machine from filling properly.

- Closed Taps: Opening the taps fully may resolve the issue.
- Kinked Hoses: Straightening or replacing kinked hoses can restore proper water flow.
