How quickly do you respond after I contact you?
We aim to respond to all calls, WhatsApp messages and form submissions within 30–60 minutes during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 8am–6:30pm). For WhatsApp messages received outside working hours, we'll respond first thing the following morning.
Do you offer same-day repair service?
Yes — same-day service is available across Nairobi, subject to technician availability. If you call us before noon on a working day, we can usually arrange a same-day visit. Please mention you need urgent service when you contact us.
Which areas in Nairobi do you cover?
We cover all Nairobi County estates including Westlands, Kilimani, Karen, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Eastleigh, South B & C, Embakasi, Kasarani, Roysambu, Parklands, Langata, Nairobi West, Donholm, Hurlingham, Runda, Spring Valley, Riverside, Upperhill, Muthaiga, Ruaka, Ongata Rongai and many more.
Do I need to bring my machine to you?
Absolutely not. All our repairs are carried out at your premises — your home, apartment, hotel or business. Our technicians come to you with all the necessary tools and commonly-needed spare parts, so you don't have to move your heavy appliance anywhere.
What information should I have ready when I call?
It's helpful to have the following ready: your machine's brand and model (usually on the door or back panel), the problem you're experiencing (error codes, noises, symptoms), and your exact location in Nairobi. This helps us dispatch the right technician with the right parts.
How much does it cost to get a quote?
Requesting a quote is completely free. Our technician visits your home, diagnoses the fault, and provides a full itemised quote before any repair work begins. You can decline the repair after the diagnosis if you wish — there's no obligation. A small call-out fee may apply for certain zones, which is always communicated upfront.
Can I contact you on weekends?
Yes — we are available and operational on Saturdays from 8:00am to 6:30pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. For weekend bookings, we recommend contacting us by Saturday morning to secure an appointment slot.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and M-Pesa payments. Payment is made after the repair is completed and you are satisfied with the result. We do not require upfront payment before service — your trust and satisfaction come first.
